Your pictures

You confirm that you own every picture you upload, or have permission to print it. You stay the owner. You let us, Printify and the print shop use the picture only to make, ship and show you your order, and, for store owners, to show your product in your store.

We, Printify or a print shop may refuse or cancel an order that uses someone else’s logo, character or artwork without permission, or that is illegal, hateful or sexual. If we cancel an order before it is printed, we refund it in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout, and you see the total before you pay. If a price is plainly wrong, we will tell you and let you cancel for a full refund rather than charge it.

Printing and delivery

Each order is made after you pay for it. Printing and delivery times shown on the site are the print shop’s and carrier’s estimates, not promises. Duties and taxes charged by your country on arrival are yours to pay.

Our returns and reprints policy is part of these terms.

Store owners

If you connect a Quick Elements store:

• You authorize us to charge your card on file for each order your store sends us: our price for each item, its shipping, and any sales tax on it.
• You are the seller to your customers. Your store’s prices, its own taxes on your sales, and its customer service are yours.
• We don’t print an order until it’s paid for. If your card is declined, the order waits until it’s paid.
• You can disconnect at any time. Orders already placed are still printed, shipped and charged.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we owe you is a reprint or a refund of what you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses we couldn’t reasonably have expected. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. Each order is covered by the terms in place when it was placed. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
