Privacy
We collect what it takes to make and deliver your order, share it only with the companies that do that, and don’t sell it or use it for advertising.

What we collect
- Your order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.
- Your pictures: the pictures you upload. Location and camera details stored inside JPG photos are removed when you upload them.
- Payment: you pay on a page run by Stripe, which handles your card. We receive confirmation that you paid, never your card number. For store owners who keep a card on file, we keep its brand, last four digits and expiry date so you can see which card we’ll charge.
- Store owners: the name and email address on your Quick Elements account, and your store’s name and address.
- Technical: a cookie that keeps your cart and your session, and the internet address your requests come from, which our server logs to stop abuse.
What we use it for
Making and delivering your order, emailing you about it, answering you when you write to us, and keeping the site safe from abuse. We don’t send marketing emails, we don’t sell your information, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
- Printify and the print shop that makes your order get your picture, name, shipping address, email and phone number, so they can print the order and ship it.
- The delivery company gets your name, address and phone number from the print shop.
- Stripe handles payments.
- Our email provider delivers our emails to you.
- Quick Elements, for orders placed in a Quick Elements store: we send the store the tracking details for its own customer’s order.
We’ll also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Pictures and designs that are never ordered or put in a store are deleted after 30 days.
- Pictures on orders are kept while we might need to reprint them.
- Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
Email orders@ezolv.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We’ll delete everything except records we have to keep by law.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it.
