Is there a minimum order?

No. Order one of anything.

How much does it cost?

Each product page shows the price of every color and size. Checkout adds shipping and any sales tax, and shows you the total before you pay. See pricing for examples.

What can I print on?

T-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, kids’ clothes, hats, bags, mugs, posters, canvas prints, stickers, phone cases, pillows, blankets and a lot more. See everything.

What kind of picture do I need?

A JPG or PNG up to 50 MB. For a sharp print it needs about 150 pixels for every inch it covers, and the designer checks that for you. The picture guide has the details.

Can I print on both sides?

Right now each product carries one picture, in the main print area shown in the designer.

How long until it arrives?

Printing, then delivery. Each product page says how many working days its print shop usually takes to ship, and we email tracking as soon as it does. See shipping.

Where do you ship?

To the United States and most other countries. Checkout lists every country we can ship to.

Who prints my order?

One of the independent print shops we work with. The product page says where yours is printed. When more than one print shop makes a product, we choose for you: one in the US where possible, with the best price.

Can I return something?

Everything is made for you, so not for a change of mind or the wrong size. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we reprint it or refund you. See returns and reprints.

Do I need an account?

No. You check out with your email address, and the link in your receipt shows your order whenever you want it.

Is my picture kept private?

We share it only with the print shop making your order. Pictures that are never ordered are deleted after 30 days. See our privacy policy.

Can I print a logo or character I didn’t make?

Only with permission from whoever owns it. Print shops turn down orders that use other people’s logos, characters or artwork.

Can I sell what I design?

Yes, if you have a Quick Elements store: your designs go into your store and we print and ship each order. See selling in your store.
