How it works
You pick a product, upload a picture and put it where you want it. We show you the exact price, shipping and tax, you pay, and a print shop makes your order and ships it to your door. Ordering just one is fine.
1. Pick a product
We print on 2,763 products: t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, posters, phone cases, stickers, blankets and plenty more. Many are made by more than one print shop, so we choose one for you: in the US where possible, with the best price.
2. Add your picture
Upload a JPG or PNG up to 50 MB. On a phone you can pick it straight from your photos. Phone photos are often stored sideways with a note saying which way is up, and many carry the location they were taken. We turn them upright and remove that information before we keep them.
3. Place it
The dashed box is the part of the product the print shop can print on. Drag your picture to move it and use the slider to make it bigger or smaller. Anything outside the box is cut off.
While you resize, we check that the picture has enough detail: about 150 pixels for every inch it will cover. If it would come out blurry, we tell you before you can order it. The picture guide explains what size to aim for.
Press Preview to see the print shop’s picture of your design on the product before you add it to your cart.
4. See the price and pay
The product page shows the price of the color and size you pick. At checkout we give the print shop your address, which gets us the exact shipping and any sales tax, and we show you the total before you pay.
You pay on a secure card page run by Stripe. We never see your card number, and you don’t need an account.
5. We print it and ship it
As soon as you’ve paid, your order goes to the print shop. Each product page says how many working days that shop usually takes to ship. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Items made by different print shops arrive in separate packages.
If something’s wrong
If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we reprint it or refund you. See returns and reprints.
